As I look at the price action and consider whether I should worry I keep coming back to Doug, the careful deciding to sell less than half the shares he had intended to on 7/8/2025. On 7/8 the stock closed at 0.57 cents. So cautious Doug decided that 0.57 was not a fair price for his shares. He decided he wanted to keep 2.3M shares ready for future increases rather than 2.0M.
Another thing I consider is how long Kirkov has worked for Elite and how he has never purchases any shares nor has he ever gotten or qualified for employee stock options. But suddenly on Jul 10, he decides he needs to purchase 16k shares at share price of 0.589. Not many shares by any means, but still it seems it was worth him taking the spare cash he had and locking in an investment at just under 60cents. Again indicating that an insider felt that price was low.
I can't help but think that reflects on what these two men know. In the case of Doug, it has to reflect what he learned since getting the 2.5M shares on 7/1 and deciding to sell much fewer than he had planned to at the time of our last CC.
So to cut it short, I can't seem to get to worried about this price action at low volume. I think we got our message from the insiders that they think every thing is great and that from Doug that selling much below 0.60 is a mistake.
