In the modeling I've seen ...IF the adult trial results are as good as the pediatric trial ...P value will hit statistical significance ( P value .05 or better ) on the first 30 patient ( 30 on the filter ) ...which is why they probably set the interim at that number ...first 30 patients for 90 days
