Just some things I noticed today: (May, or may not be the reason for today's activity.)
#1 Ever since the open, only 3 MM's have populated L2. I don't know why that is, maybe the others haven't bothered to re-establish their presence with the new symbol?
#2 When it didn't take off this morning, I saw Sells that seemed to be aimed at taking what profit they had and buying back lower.
This with us knowing that there have been some 6's & 7's bought recently. Not a lot, but not a lot of selling this morning either.
#3 I have long suspected, and stated in past posts, that I think GTSM is shorting some cheap Penny Stocks, like this one.
I have no illusions that Retail shorting pennies at this level is absurd and in no way makes any financial sense, but I do think that Brokers could be doing that.
This morning, GTSM sat there and kept feeding 10K share trades into the Bid, to knock back the price, until finally Retail started selling and that was it for the Bid Whacks.
Just some background on GTSM: They were never in OTC plays, that I saw, until the Gamestop run happened.
The Big Boys got their ass handed to them that day and the next week GTSM showed up on OTC plays I was in and started to the activity that I described happening this morning.
I guess it paid off so well, that they never left.
