dilution from WTS alone - would move us from say 1B shares to 5B shares - and each share is likely worth $30 - ours and theirs

dilution from LP/SP alone - would move us from say 1B shares to 50B shares - and each share is likely worth $3 - ours and theirs

So the hate and venom for WTS on this board is --- per ACKMAN 1000% percent misguided

Longs of common FNMA -- if forced to choose --- should RUN to use the WTS and not dilute from a conversion of SP/LP to 40-60B shares
