FINANCIALS DON'T LIE, management notes are .075 and .15, pretty sure they want to recoup their loans?

That is, until you find the real OTC stock that actually took the time and expense to get audited financials.

SPZID is a GREAT example of a company that has cooked the books if one were to take the time (I have) to see what management is doing to shareholders.

What has my attention here is this:

Spent another 200k to get BTCH where it is at today.

My greatest seven figure yields have been because of this ONE key event. Watching a company clean up their financials!!! While it can't create value, it shows me that management sees a great opportunity is possible. No guarantees, but it does make for interesting risk vs rewards if one can keep their eye on the ball.
