The NOTES management have convert at .075 and .15 ....give the r/s crap a rest. This company has no debt, only had 291M issued so again COSMETIC REASONS...deal with it !!!
If/when they raise money they dont want to do it at sub penny and be a company with billions issued.
THEY REDUCED AUTHORIZED BY 50% !! RETURNED 490M convertible Wiped out 75k other debt..... BUT no mention of those
