Shaughnessy might be the dumbest, most uneductated person since Ham and his Knot lying buddy Ferrand. Why? Alpine already put up the $10 million deposit which was the new requirement as of a year ago. the issue is NSCC expelled them almost a year ago for constantly fudging the cap numbers. if any of you would read it was all there. Oh and the SEC upheld DTC/NSCC's right to toss them. they are on fumes now but the margin is not an issue, its the expulsion.
