I'm glad all these "smart" people who post endlessly the same stuff over and over, with ZERO knowledge of what the company is ACTUALLY doing, trying to "help" investor's avoid "scams". None of them know what JP's plan actually is, they can only speculate it's to steal money. There are dozens and dozens of boards just like this on iHub, filled with bashers just like these guys. Ignore them, trade on your own DD, no one else's.
