i suggest a likely deal for ionq could be from msft/helion/other techs including openai and softbank , etc. the reasoning will be obvious. it could even be the tva or other doe associated agency/company.........like the livermore area supercomputer? where do you put this ? maybe into the ocean? amsc/undersea cables? mongolia? texas? something related to the permian basin?
