That's a big deal in my opinion with how they resolved the debt issues. It's not the norm to see a note holder settle to exchange his $2 Million debt out for common shares at .01 per share. In my opinion, the new CEO definitely showed him something for him to feel that confident about what's coming in DFCH to do a deal like that to where he believes he's going to make money with .01 being his bottom.
