Also, earnings call is not listen-only. It is a webcast. I expect they anticipate questions. This is a bit of a change (per GB on X).

X has seen so many pleading for an up-list. Ackman, too. It would be a not-so-simple gesture by Pulte/DJT to up-list. Ackman says they can, and so I will trust that.

If they go to NYSE, we will have seen the last of the sub-10 trades. Pizza & beer for sure... maybe a steak!

Further, it would disprove theories that current shareholders are goin under the bus. Pulte would be working on the current PPS for the warrant conversion.

A double-win.
