I would assume so being that the NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) created the frame work for a reliable cannabis breathalyzer device and they are partnered with OMEGA LABS an international drug testing solutions provider who is also partnered with Cannabix, and helped them remanufacture the device to meet the emerging regulatory standards. The NIST also has a meeting in September with participants from government, forensic laboratories, industry, academia, law enforcement agencies, and standards organizations to have a conversation about the technology and realize it.
