Rapz, many thanks to you for shining a brilliant legal light on VPLM's current legal drama in DC. Your in-depth understanding of the class action, antitrust and Rico cases is very enlightening indeed. I, for one, feel encouraged and more optimistic about VPLM's chances after having read your comprehensive explanation of the law as it pertains to these cases. In fact, and in simple terms, it appears that the antitrust and RICO laws favor VPLM, with ample precedents and facts of law having been cited. Let's hope that the judge agrees.
At the very minimum, I would expect a reasonable settlement offer to be tendered before trial. Again, thank you for your excellent contribution to this forum!
