Im not sure how they amend the spspa to retain the commitment and turn it into a pcf and also let earnings flow through to common;

To your point it sounds like the gov can have maybe $1-25b of value or maybe another $200b or so of potential backstop.

I think we get visibility on what the gov will do shortly. I expect them to take the money and run. Shrug.
