i dont think they can do a $162B capital raise; i haven't spent time reviewing the cbo report; i've only really spent time studying the consequences that keep receivership off the table.

Warrants will be exercised. Common lack dilution protection against SPSPA being converted.. Common thus have no security. Preferred will be made whole.
