Worse- he is now gambling by borrowing a lot to average down into triple levered ETF. Clearly just relying on gambling and very heavy risk to try and make up for all his bad investing mistakes. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn’t. But importantly, it just shows a lack of ability (borrowing money and using triple levered etf to try and time market) and a penchant to gamble IMO.
