Biggest part of R/S is price maintenance above the minimum threshold of time for uplisting.
The other part is capital raising and balance sheet clean up, but a lot of this is still dependent on where the price ultimately goes and unknowns like the real float or capital structure.
A lot of ways this can go, but an R/S is not an absolute, especially if it runs in price on FID and merger announcement.
Hard to predict what they’ll do, but I’m not too worried about the R/S thing and price should reflect appropriately if it gets sprung on us
