Interesting info from all.
My take-away is that there is no one clear path to how Delfin executes its RM and when. I am convinced, even without AI's assistance, that they will RM into $TGLO. Beyond that many examples have been presented as to how it will come about and each is different.
My question is how many of the shells, or companies that were RM'd into, had a privately held company that owned 70.9% of the company or shell in addition to what most feel is insiders that owned the balance short of 10% left in the float?
How does the existing ownership structure affect what they will do?
No one has mentioned the super 8K and the conversion of common into preferred etc. This was Sprycel's drumbeat. Made sense. How many mergers were accomplished via the "all debt" scenario that I think Doug and AI came up with? There are many possible scenarios.
It's complicated, not as clear cut as one would think and well above my pay grade other than to say, none of us know how this will play out. History can be a guide, nothing more.
PS. No sense in waiting till after the RM or FID to add more SPAs. Deal making is heating up and Delfin needs to ink some! Saudi Aramco would be a great start.
