I truly don't know exactly, but that's a big increase. My opinion is that someone is shorting it to specifically drive down the share price. But that's a guess.

They will have to be covered at some point. Just wait until there's an announcement favorable to Netlist as far as the BOC case. Once that is won? It opens up all sorts of things. After that win, it's just a question of how many patent battles we can win at the CAFC level. The more patent battles won, the more money NLST will rake in. And it will add more royalties in revenue for each year those patents are used in the future.

It seems like it is taking forever but really, every day brings it closer. Samsung is slowly being exposed. Just a question of time.
