Today I am going to prepare you all with your own weapons to breakdown the coming assays announcement, all prepared by us so we can first work out how good or bad the announcement might/will be.

If you wanna see the future look at the facts…
In rare earth element (REE) rock chip assays, the threshold for what is considered "outstanding" depends on the specific REEs present, market demand, and deposit type.
However our general guidelines and what we are going to be looking for are the following.

Outstanding REE Rock Chip Assays
= 5,000 ppm (0.5%) TREO to Very high-grade
(exceptional for ionic clay deposits)
= 10,000 ppm (1.0%) TREO to Exceptional
(world-class in hard rock, e.g., carbonatites)
= 20,000 ppm (2.0%) TREO to Extremely rare and outstanding
(seen in high-grade zones of carbonatites or monazite/xenotime-rich rocks)

By Deposit Type:
1. Ionic Adsorption Clay Deposits (e.g., Southern China)
- = 1,000 ppm (0.1%) TREO to Economically viable
- = 3,000 ppm (0.3%) TREO to High-grade
- = 5,000 ppm (0.5%) TREO to Outstanding

2. Hard Rock Deposits (Carbonatites, Alkaline Complexes)
- = 1.0% TREO to Strong potential
- = 2.0% TREO to Outstanding (e.g., Mountain Pass, USA)
- = 5.0% TREO to Exceptional (rare, e.g., some zones in Bayan Obo, China)

3. Heavy REE (HREE)-Enriched Deposits
- = 500 ppm HREO (HREE + Y) is Significant
- = 1,000 ppm HREO is Outstanding (critical for Nd, Dy, Tb, etc.)

REE distribution (Light REE vs. Heavy REE) matters more than total TREO in some cases.
- Market dynamics (e.g., Dy, Tb, Nd, Pr command premium prices).
- Metallurgy – some deposits with lower grades may still be economic if extraction is easy.

Would you like a breakdown for specific REEs (e.g., Nd, Dy, Tb)?

So I asked my Analyst to prepare for me how we should read the upcoming assay announcement.
This is what he gave me back so we can compare with Mountain Pass MP

Mountain Pass (MP), operated by MP Materials, is one of the world's highest-grade rare earth element (REE) deposits and a key producer of light rare earth elements (LREEs). Below are the specific assay details we found, grades, and geological characteristics from historical and recent drilling/rock chip samples.

1. General Overview of Mountain Pass Grades
- Primary REE Minerals: Bastnäsite (carbonate mineral hosting LREEs)
- Dominant REEs:
- Cerium (Ce) – Most abundant
- Lanthanum (La)
- Neodymium (Nd)
- Praseodymium (Pr)
- Total Rare Earth Oxide (TREO) Grades:
- Average: 6 to 10% TREO (historically 8 to 12% in high-grade zones)
- Cutoff Grade for Mining: 4 5% TREO
- Peak Grades in Rock Chips/Drilling: Up to 15–20% TREO in select zones

2. Historic & Recent Assay Data
A. Rock Chip & Drill Core Highlights
- Molycorp Era (Pre-2015)
- Surface Samples: 8 to 12% TREO (common)
- High-Grade Intercepts:
- 12 to 15% TREO in carbonatite dikes
- Up to 20% TREO in bastnäsite-rich veins
- Hole MP-08-01: 10.6% TREO over 120m (including 14.3% over 40m)
- MP Materials (2017–Present)
- 2017 Resource Estimate:
- Measured + Indicated: 8.2% TREO (7.9 Mt at 8.2%)
- Inferred: 7.1% TREO (1.3 Mt at 7.1%)
- 2021–2023 Production Grades:
- Mined Ore: 6 to 8% TREO
- Concentrate Produced: 50 to 60% TREO (after beneficiation)

B. Breakdown of REO Distribution (Typical Assay)
CeO2 48 to 50% Polishing, catalysts
La2O3 25 to 30% Batteries, glass
Nd2O3 12 to 15% Magnets (critical for EVs)
Pr6O11 4 to 6% Magnets, alloys
Others (Sm, Eu, Gd, etc.) <5% combined Minor

3. Work Product sorry can’t share this stuff

4. Why Mountain Pass Grades Are Exceptional
- Concentrated LREEs: The carbonatite-hosted bastnäsite allows high recoveries (90%+).
- Low Thorium/Uranium: Unlike some REE deposits, MP has minimal radioactivity issues.
- Economic Cutoff: Even 4% TREO is viable due to simple processing.

5. Key Takeaways for Exploration
- >5% TREO in rock chips are Strong indicators of a carbonatite system.
- >10% TREO is Potential for high-grade zones like MP.
- Nd + Pr >15% of TREO is Highly valuable for magnets.

We have all MPs historical and present drill hole data, that is number three its work product can’t share sorry and it’s not important to a retail investor it’s rather complicated work to understand.

We are not pumpers, cheer squad. We are a professional trading family office and only deal in facts. Think what ever you like, I am not trying to influence you or manipulate you.
I am sharing facts and how to invest in this company.
I am always facing the gun because I like seeing what’s a head of me.
