How does DJT create this cash - again think 300-500 billion from F and F combined - if not by EITHER warrants (Ackman) or new shares that are sold to the market - say 40B new shares sold at $10 ? (the new shares would bring in money the GOV would say the GOV deserves and would wipe out the LP/SP obligation)

Again - Ackman hopes GOV wipes out the obligation - uses ONLY warrants - and everyone walks away rich on newly free F and F up listed to NYSE at 5B shares at $35
