I can't get this quote out of my head...it's just so powerful imo especially considering that it's coming from Phil Straw, the CEO of SoftIron.

“Indexr is more than a partner; they are enablers of next-gen resilience across sectors and understand the value that our products can bring to enterprise IT” said Phil Straw, CEO of SoftIron.

Just type the words: "enablers of next-gen resilience" into any AI platform or browser to learn what that means...

enablers of next-gen resilience

Next-generation resilience refers to the ability of individuals, organizations, communities, or systems to adapt, recover, and thrive in the face of evolving challenges like climate change, technological disruptions, cyberattacks, and socioeconomic shifts. Based on the available information, key enablers of next-gen resilience include:Technology and AI Integration:AI Enablers: Professionals who combine deep business knowledge with AI expertise can drive digital transformation, fostering resilience by solving complex challenges with innovative, technology-driven solutions. Training internal talent to become AI enablers accelerates organizational adaptability.

Cyber Resilience: Proactive cybersecurity strategies, such as adopting zero-trust models and leveraging AI for threat detection, help organizations maintain operational continuity against sophisticated cyber threats. Only 49% of IT leaders currently view their infrastructure as highly resilient, underscoring the need for advanced tech solutions.

Nature-Based Solutions: Technologies like AI and data analytics, paired with nature-based approaches (e.g., restoring biodiversity), enhance disaster risk reduction and environmental resilience, as seen in Sub-Saharan African initiatives.

Youth Empowerment and Education:Equipping youth with knowledge and skills through programs like UNESCO’s disaster risk reduction (DRR) initiatives and summer schools fosters a generation of resilient leaders. Engaging 1.2 billion young people globally (ages 15-24) is critical, as they face increasing climate risks, with 175 million children affected annually by natural disasters.

Innovative engagement tools, such as gamification and peer-to-peer learning, bridge gaps in youth participation, as demonstrated by projects like SYNERGIES in Malta.

Change Management Innovations:Virtual Reality (VR): Immersive VR training creates realistic simulations, enhancing workforce adaptability by preparing employees for change without real-world risks.

Social Media and Big Data: Personalized, multi-channel communication using social media and big data analytics reduces resistance to change by tailoring messages to individual preferences, unlike generic, one-way communications.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP): NLP techniques drive sustainable behavior change, particularly in leadership development, helping organizations overcome resistance to transformation.

Policy and Funding Mechanisms:The EU’s Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF), part of NextGenerationEU, provides €723 billion in grants and loans to support reforms and investments, enhancing economic, social, and environmental resilience across member states.

National plans, like Spain’s allocation of €3.4 billion for science and innovation, strengthen systemic resilience through targeted investments.

Community and Intergenerational Approaches:Initiatives like floating houses in flood-prone areas (e.g., Bangladesh) demonstrate community-driven resilience, addressing local challenges through collective innovation.

Intergenerational learning, as seen in UNESCO’s Crete CORE Laboratory, integrates youth perspectives with traditional knowledge to build adaptive communities.

Generational Adaptability:Recognizing different resilience needs across generations (e.g., Gen Z’s digital-native resilience vs. Gen X’s “silent suffering”) ensures tailored strategies that leverage unique strengths, such as Gen Z’s mental toughness in navigating a hyper-connected world.

These enablers—spanning technology, education, policy, and community innovation—work together to build a resilient future by addressing both immediate and long-term challenges. If you’d like a deeper dive into any specific enabler or context (e.g., a particular region or sector), let me know!

Here is a video from 2 years ago of Phil Straw, the CEO of SoftIron when they were in the process of launching their product called Hypercloud. You have to watch these videos to understand what HyperCloud is, and learn more about the geniuses at SoftIron that created it.

Here is a video from January 31, 2024 of Jason Van Der Schyff, The Chief Operating Officer of SoftIron giving a live presentation n Santa Clara, CA which is in the center of Silicon Valley as part of Cloud Field Day. Cloud Field Day brings together the best independent thought leaders in enterprise cloud to discuss pressing issues and technology advancements. Watch this entire video and witness how thoroughly impressed these thought leaders in Silicon Valley are with SoftIron and HyperCloud.

Here is part 2 of the January 31, 2024 Cloud Field Day with Charles Ruffino, a Cloud Architecture Fellow at SoftIron, presenting to the same group of thought leaders in Silicon Valley.

If you've watched these videos you'll have a much better idea of just how big SoftIrons HyperCloud is and how powerful it is when the top dog at SoftIron, the CEO Phil Straw says:

“Indexr is more than a partner; they are enablers of next-gen resilience across sectors and understand the value that our products can bring to enterprise IT” said Phil Straw, CEO of SoftIron.

MONI shareholders are still waiting for more details about what Revvim is building for MONI, but the team at SoftIron knows all of the details of what MONI CEO Steve Marshall is building. Soon we will see why the CEO of SoftIron had such powerful words to say about Steven Marshall's MONI/IndexR and and why Phil Straw says that Indexr is more than a partner and are enablers of next-gen resilience across sectors.

Also familiarize yourself with the size of this industry, what VMware is and what happened when Broadcom acquired them, and how SoftIron with their VM products using HyperCloud has positioned them to dominate this space because of it. Also learn what Post Quantum Encryption is and why that is so important.

Anyone selling a single share of MONI right now is an absolute moron and they will probably regret that decision for the rest of their lives. Just either sit tight and hold em all, or load as many MONI shares as you possibly can before the next set of MONI news hits the wires. If you don't, you will wish you did. Good luck!
