Exactly, just a matter of time. I noticed the news 3 hours later... maybe more big ones tomorrow. If we see abnormal volumes, it will ring a bell. We could have more clues in Q2 too. I guess we can't know everything when it's military, it's often confidential.
It's also a good sign, buyers are now higher than the price, so someone is willing to give more... hoping that it can create some FOMO in the coming days.
I'm not very good at fundamentals, but it seems to me that 174 million / 14.3 = 12.6... That's much closer to the 11.50 initially announced than the 2.35 we have now.
