Bradford, I'm genuinely curious… Why are you even here wasting your time with this? if you’re assuming both SPS conversion and warrants exercise, it makes for such a depressing trade. This is a highly speculative bet on the OTC exchange that could be a 10 bagger or more (or worth nothing) depending on the terms of release… And you’re here choosing the most conservative way to play this, going all in on JPS, with what like a max of +50% gain from here? Go big or go home. If you want a lame 50% gain without all this effort, go buy bitcoin, gold, QQQ leaps, or Palantir, or whatever. Any such trade would be more respectable than trying to look smart with small safe gains on potentially the biggest OTC trade of all time.
