You are partial right that this is a best case scenario, but in these numbers we have included a catch in the current share price. The catch component in the share price is us looking at the market value of MP and peeling back where they are with a proven resource and a plant and well down the road with production.
We peeled back the onion and we compared the Market Cap of each with the maths producing a like for like with the exact shares on offer plus the gold price we have for December comes from the average taken from 25 investment banks numbers.
We put all that into our calculations and came up with the following

MP current market cap $9.5 billion 165 million shares at $60/share
Let’s now look at like for like Step by step
We half MP share price and double it’s shares we get
$30 share price and SOI 330 million
We half again and we get $15 and SOI 660 million
We half again and we get $7.50 and SOI 1,320,000,000 billion
We half again and we get $3.75 and SOI 2,640,000,000 billion
We half again and we get $1,90 and SOI 5,000,000,000 billion
So now we have MP with 5 billion shares and a share price of $1.90
So now market cap for MP is $10 billion let’s use $9.5 billion what it is now.

Let’s take $500 million off for the plant which is rather generous.
And we get a share price of $1.80

Let’s now take off $3 billion for the REE and we get $6.5 billion Market cap and a share price of $1.30

Let’s divide that by two to be even more generous and we get a like for like share price for DTR of 32.5c right now today it should be that price.
Now if we confirm an increase in Gold ounces and REE comparable to MP we should be at $1.50 and once a plant is built and we are producing then 32.5c current share price should be at $5 we think way down the track in as few as 2 to 3 years.

Remember this please, once the ball rolls down the hill it picks up and up and up its speed. So the move from 15c to 30c takes XXXXXX, The move from 30c to 50c takes XXXX Time, the move from 50c to $1 takes XXX Time you get OUR picture.
