IMAGINE waking up one day, in February 2024, with your Sad Snpw stock, already down more than 95% off its fluke high, from January 2021, and finding out, the same Sad stock, just got hit with a 4000:1 reverse split, that wasn't even necessary or needed at that time.
AND knowing about a June 2023 24-month GEP/Sun Pacific Power exclusive U.S. sales & distribution agreement, was experiencing ZERO Sales & Revenue.
THEN finding out, the ceo, (with ZERO OVERSIGHT) of your Snpw public company investment, has started up a competitive side-hustle solar panel and lithium battery company (aka SolRay, Inc.) with the South Carolina secretary of state's office in November 2023.
THEN realizing this South Carolina solar plant coming soon (advertised on its website) side hustle was set up 2 months prior (Nov 2023) to hyped-up Sun Pacific Power's solar manufacturing facility site visit PROMOTION in January 2024.
YEAH, that's right, you didn't know about (non-disclosed material event) SolRay, Inc. South Carolina entity existing, as of NOV 2023, before January 2024 (time of supposed Sun Pacific Power S.C. site visit) and you didn't know about (non-disclosed material event) SolRay, Inc. South Carolina entity existing, as of Nov 2023, in January 2024 (month of supposed Sun Pacific Power S.C. site visit).
AND, you didn't know about (non-disclosed material event) SolRay, Inc.[/color] South Carolina entity existing, as of Nov 2023, in February 2024 (month of 4000:1 R/S), with some same characters, listed with titles still published at srnrg.com, that had previously represented Sun Pacific Power, in various capacities over the years, helping with ZERO Solar Sales & Revenue track record.
AND, ironically, supposed Sun Pacific Power site visit (January 2024), happened to be in South Carolina, while the competitive side-hustle solar panel and lithium battery company (aka SolRay, Inc.), was registered in the same state of South Carolina (secretary of state's office) in November 2023.
AND, a clear ceo conflict of interest, competitive side-hustle solar panel and lithium battery company (aka SolRay, Inc.) has not been disclosed to shareholders for the last 21 months to date.
THEN reading the unaudited (NON SEC filing) OTC filing, showing ZERO REVENUE, only 10 days before SolRay was registered in S.C., by snpw's ceo, in Nov. 2023, and being the last filing, until 2025, learning snpw had delisted itself with a (15 (12g) ) filing and self-proclaimed itself, with a check mark, signifying the company a SHELL Company.
That was only the latest chapter of the SAD SNPW STORY. Maybe the SEC will give us the last chapter?
