Warren Buffett, a renowned investor and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, is a strong proponent of the "buy and hold" strategy for long-term investing. This philosophy centers on purchasing shares of high-quality companies and holding them for an extended period, often decades, rather than attempting to profit from short-term market fluctuations.
I am 70 years old with a special needs daughter. I have 3 stocks that I do not plan to sell and will hold for decades.

Please tell your daughter I am one poster she has helped that will not provide analysis on DTREF that can lead to paralysis.
I suggest she volunteers for a charity like Feed my Starving Children to appreciate what she has and possibly review her attitude toward others.
