Israel is not taking a side in a Palestinian civil war. Israel has conquered Palestinian lands and is engaged in ethnic cleansing.

The United States did not carve up Vietnam and settle it, pushing the native population into ghettos and depriving them of their lands, so however wrong the US war against Vietnamese self-determination was (and that's really what it was), the analogy fails.

The United States did carve up much of North America and settle it, but having done so... and being unable to undo that, the United States has made numerous concessions to the native people, among them, full rights of citizenship.

Now you keep complaining that you're being unfairly tarred with the genocide and apartheid brush... but the war crimes and the myriad human rights abuses are official Israeli policy. Israel has annexed the settlements... and the Golan Heights... and Jerusalem... and is practicing apartheid and ethnic cleansing in those areas. And of course that's exactly what they did within the 1948 - 1967 borders as well. But of course there the remaining Palestinians are allowed to be citizens... as long as they realize it's a Jewish state, and they aren't Jews.

That doesn't even touch on the obscenity of Gaza, which according to you is self-defense, and according to the psychopath John Spencer, is remarkably restrained.

For bonus points why do you scream "antisemitism!!!" when Europe and the rest of us demand that products made in the settlements be labeled as such?

You're lying to yourself and the rest of us. The settlements are Israel. And the Palestinians are excluded, millions of them. That's apartheid.
