Yup. Thanks for verifying. When I go to review a potential online trade it just goes to all zeros and says contact....They did say they would not charge the broker commission ($25?) just the $6.99 or whatever the fee is. I just checked again, and they did add the language that "due to the SEC changes etc etc" when attempting to trade online.
It's insulting. It makes zero sense and it's a waste of our time and the trader's time. Just place a warning message or have us sign an acknowledgment that we understand the risks associated and hold harmless, but that would make too much sense.
I'm not holding my breath but maybe in time the blow back will be great enough that senior management addresses the issue. Not like TGLO is the only affected ticker.
