I saw the court ruling, was concerned for an instant; then came your post(doom and gloom) and I KNEW this was fine! AND, IT IS! You have never been correct on your VPLM calls going back to claiming VPLM would never audit/uplist!

Thereafter, I went and did my due diligence and I found this ruling to be FANTASTIC! I try and find out, rather than spout off the first thing that comes to my mind! Too long to really explain, but your thousand batting average is intact! Congratulations and, again, THANK YOU!
