Basically $GTCH sold the rights to a patent to $VWAV, $VWAV went public on the Nasdaq yesterday. $BNIX reversed merged into $VWAV. $GTCH stayed separate but owns around 20% of $VWAV. It is unknown yet if $GTCH holders will get $VWAV. More to it, but basically things are moving fast after announcement of merger to them going public yesterday. Many believe $GTCH may get shares or cash from $VWAV since 20% is owned by $GTCH. Also $GTCH holds several tech patents including chips patents.
