UPDATE: Per CNBC website ownership of FNMA.

Reporting of the Accumulation has begun.

Morgan Stanley position in FNMA increased by 25.4M on 15 July to 25.5M shares on 16 July to 25.6M shares reported today.

This is evidence of the shake n bake accumulation that is happening. I feel like the CNBC website is catching up with what started occurring 30 days ago since 30 days is about as long as some of the funds are legally allowed to hold out reporting updated positions.
