No, just paranoid.

Maybe I just don’t understand, why a person would want to short a stock when they have warrants that can be exercised at any time, at a fixed price, if they choose to do so.

It makes me think you’re cutting your own throat.
Why not let the stock continue to go higher?

Just exercise when the price is right for you, then hold or sell. And then go back to LWLG.
