Do we assume the IDE was submitted on the 14th, or could it have been earlier? Maybe thinking too much into it, but 5:30 am local time when they announced it was submitted. IDK, is it as easy as hitting the send button and the IDE is sent to the FDA, and would they do it that early? Wondering if it could have been sent last week or even earlier, but announced it on the 14th, to stick with their original timing? Not sure of their legal obligation as to when they have to make the submission public. It’s in, which is all that matters, but everyone will be counting down the days…from the 14th, or possibly sooner.
