Why is the shell status so important to you? If it's removed its not going to do anything. an OTCM exchange uplist won't do anything to move the price. I mean it's needed when the time comes, but I don't know why your bang'n on about it? This is going to remain a shell till it's not. One day it's going to drop off and no one with notice.
