and I think - opinion - that the first idea - sentence one - alone will double or possibly triple the current PPS

100s of millions of shares of 1B outstanding is an amazingly high number of shares -- say 200 Million is 20% of all outstanding shares

(I think there are rules on buying more than 5% -- so DO IT and announce the reason in simple English -getting F and F ready to list on NYSE
