Sorry but that directly leads me away from what I was asking. I'll rephrase the question because what you just gave me is a corporate blurb.

When working alongside/joint venture any partnership with Dell. What constitutes a material event with Dell? Now I know you wouldn't know the answer to that question or you would have told me but I'm not asking you to OS.

It has to come from either MTi, OneMind NG or Dell. Yes I know what TJ is going to say if they don't post anything in a press release or in a filing then it didn't happen. Here's my counter to that. If nothing's happening in the partnership why is it constantly mentioned?
