Of course the company should do what is necessary to get to the new OTCID requirements. There are thousands of companies affected by this change. Last time I looked at the tier change list from July 1, it was around 6,000 companies or something like that. Most here know that the company is not the best at keeping up with changing requirements. Not really a surprise. But they are SEC current still at least.
