They are now OTCID. Not hard to do,. They are current with their filings. and their Management Certification was filed.
If one checks the Certification one will see the information already in prior filings are now consoliodated.
Which OTCM charges $7500 annually instead of $5000.
A true head fake for sure to raise money and fool the gullible.
