I hate to bust everyone's bubble , but if you really want to get realistic about Jabs post (which was excellent), after reading it several times and putting pen to paper with the initial steps and then the next process and then the next process then the next process. then the greenes have their chance to slow the process down with complaints, then rebuttals to the greenes which includes months, then you get in to the we need more info because the i was not doted and t not crossed and then the azz kissing has to begin to guess what GET APPROVED. I have personally had to deal with the EPA and DEQ for years and in the end the secret to success is to start AZZ KISSING from the very get go, maybe call the DONALD . we are looking at minimum 6 mos to 1 year or more unless we get backside help. sorry I just had to vent !!!
