It looks like you kind of missed the major point of my comments. I know they’re a real company, and I know they have done many positive things., But the fact that they’re inferring that it’s a traded stock, kinda of negates everything that follows, which is if you are a real shareholder we want to get our free shares of a company that really trades. Your interpretation of the comments are basically like so Mrs. Lincoln how did you like the play? There were some really fine actors in there weren’t there?

Because Element is not publicly traded on a major exchange, that would be a factor in it not "surging" in the way a listed stock might.
"Entities".. (can) outperform benchmarks over a certain period.. there can also be periods where the market's initial reaction is subdued.
Also, Element's performance will depend on its ability to execute its business strategy, including its focus on sourcing and processing rare earth elements from coal waste feedstock.
