It's just wonderful have an investment down in the bottom of the toilet, stuck in mud, collecting dust, with a CEO who does not communicate, does not file financials. Imagine it's all safe and sound having shares on the most risky insecure unsafe, unsound tier that exists, EM. And get this you have no control over the major transaction, but there is only *one* CEO representing both companies who has complete control over it. That is so comforting to know.

I'll wait as long as the process takes like any sane person would in the middle of a major transaction they don't control.
