Just because $AREC may or may not have completed their end of the deal regarding share distributions to $AREC shareholders has nothing to do with whether the Merger is done. Plus, if $CGRA is required to perform this distribution, I can't find in the filings where a deadline was set to complete the distros. 
CGRA is now American Infrastructure Corp, soon to be ticker $AICO, but we all know how long FINRA takes.
