ALL assets of the company were either sold or disposed of. The company does not exist and has not for years. You understand that, right ? BioAmber as BioAmber is gone, dead, evaporated, extinguished

Thinking there is anything remaining that has value from BioAmber is just foolish. That company is gone

If it’s a will, are we giving up our shares in exchange of Frenken money ?

The only thing the shares were good for was the vehicle to identify who should get paid
