Edenvale Industrial Park (San Jose, CA):
Partners: Developed in partnership with Hines.
Scope: Spans two sites totaling 45+ acres.
Buildings: Features three cutting-edge industrial buildings.
Purpose: Designed to provide solutions for advanced manufacturing and operational excellence.
Construction: Construction is scheduled to start in September 2024, with completion of the 647,327 sf building expected by June 2025.

From the Foxess IPO prospectus:

According to its prospectus, Fox ESS plans to issue up to 90 million A-shares and aims to raise over RMB 1.6 billion ($222 million). The proceeds from the IPO will be used to construct a smart energy storage industrial park, R&D facilities, marketing and technical support systems, and as working capital.
