I agree with a poster on another board, this will go up and down in this range until at some point it moves up big. That’s what I think will happen. I don’t know how it’s being controlled but someone is trading many millions of shares to keep it in check and, perhaps, accumulate shares. Eventually they'll be done doing whatever it is they’re doing. I’m wondering if it has something to do with the Oxford purchase.
