Perhaps. Nasrat also completely relied on Plassche to get the operation where it is today to reap those rewards. Nasrat slapped him with the golden handcuffs to keep him around.  Most people have a price and a limit. 
Could be financial advisor having him take some chips off the table, but when you're an insider and you see the potential future of what is soon to be near term, something doesn't add up. I'm not worried at all from a personal investment standpoint, but there's more to the story here that we can't see.
