I don't think Christopher knows how it works. He gets a pass....but any lawmakers promoting such are stupid as hell and should not hold office for the people. Are they proposing siezing(stealing) funds from the Federal Government given that the money taken is from Individuals and Corporations et al being paid directly to the Federal Governement via the IRS?

Any time the GOV proposes spending...it's bad. What is worse are the stupid lawmakers that require no formal eduction or experience to hold office. Think about that.

No Highscholl diploma
No GED
No College what so ever
No apprenticeship
No experience

These are the qualifications needed to be a lawmaker in the United States. Wake up :)
