These are the web sites everyone should visit a couple of times a week at the very least. They hold the key to the future of Affluence and continue to add more and more information on what they are doing for us as shareholders. I added IoT in this as I firmly feel they will be the next acquisition the company intends to make

Ok it was explained to me as i ask someone with greater knowledge than i before i did the last post.
The person said:
My understanding is that we got Mingothings International which is the parent company to the MTi subsidiaries... it would be as if someone bought Affluence Corporation they would then be getting OneMindNG... When I read the Colorado Sec. of State filing it stated in that filing that Affluence acquired ALL of Mingothings equity in exchange for Prefered Shares in Affluence that would then give MTi 51% ownership of Affluence or total control If Affluence got all of the equity in MTi then that means they got everything MTi owns, all of its subsidiaries.

When you think about it, MTi did the deal a reverse merger really, for the ability to become a public company.. so they would naturally make sure their subsidiaries were part of it. So yes I believe we own all of it, lock, stock and barrel

This is what AI said to the question too.

Affluence acquired MTI's outstanding equity. This implies that Affluence acquired ownership and control of Mingothings' assets and operations. The acquisition involves exchanging Mingothings' equity for shares of preferred stock in Affluence Corporation. This exchange of equity means that the former Mingothings shareholders now have a stake in Affluence, giving them some level of voting control.
Specifically, the acquisition was aimed at integrating MTI with Affluence's existing subsidiary, OneMind Technologies (OMT). This integration is expected to enhance the OneMindNG platform by adding IoT connectivity and data analytics capabilities. Mingothings' platforms and services, including thethings.iO and Digital Twin, will remain at the heart of their mission within the Affluence group.
Therefore, it can be concluded that Affluence Corporation acquired all the assets and operations of Mingothings SLU, including its technology, platforms, and potentially its established client base. The articles do not explicitly state what specific assets were acquired, but it is clear that the acquisition included Mingothings' technology and platforms, which are considered valuable assets in the context of IoT and smart city solutions. The integration of these assets is expected to lead to significant growth and revenue synergies for Affluence Corporation.
