"I fought the law and the law won".....round 1 anyway. I didn't expect any other outcome honestly. Reminds me of years of dealing with insurance companies when I owned my businesses and when I was a white collar, corporate weenie. You get nowhere, but you still have to punch back at them if for no other reason.
Regardless, if you have Schwab and can still transact online, I would be careful and check your ability often. If you are already blocked then looking at other brokers might be in order.
There is no way in hell that Delfin is going to update the OTC as it doesn't affect them whatsoever at this point. If their insiders are trading, I am sure they aren't doing it online with Schwab!
From a junior level employee who tells me this issue will not be escalated! Ha!
Just this week The Globe was hit with SEC rule 15c2-11 because they have not provided the proper disclosures to regulators. This means that TGLO can only be traded on what's called the Expert Market. Schwab only allows trades on the Expert Market to be placed by licensed brokers. That is why you are unable to place an order online. This will not change until The Globe makes the necessary disclosures to regulators and is no longer affected by SEC rule 15c2-11

Thanks for your response but again your rational is illogical. We have been trading this security online for years. We know darn well what we have here. Your statement that only you can make the trade makes zero sense if you actually will allow me to trade but only thru a trader plus, I have to pay you to do so. What are you going to say to me when I do make a trade? "Sir, you know that this is a very risky trade." But you will make it for me anyway! NO different than if I were to place the trade online. Those of us who trade this stock (only a few) know more about it than Schwab. You are just applying a blanket policy without thinking clearly. This will be uplisted shortly, so it won't matter but for today, Schwab has disappointed many clients. I will be escalating this issue to Corporate. Regards
